Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a leading importer and distributor of premium commercial coffee equipment in search for a Trainee Coffee Technician to join their growing service team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems and building relationships with customers. You'll spend your days out on the road visiting a variety of client sites across Melbourne, servicing, maintaining, installing and troubleshooting commercial coffee machines while representing a highly respected business.
No prior coffee machine experience is required - full training will be provided. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service!

What do you do?
- Service and maintain commercial coffee machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
- Install and commission new coffee equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service during site visits.
- Build strong relationships with clients across Melbourne.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Represent the business professionally while working independently.
- Assist with ad hoc duties when required.
What do you need?
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Forklift Licence highly regarded.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Hands-on attitude with an interest in technical or mechanical work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and client-focused mindset.
