Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a growing Australian payments technology business to find their next Customer Support Officer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and expanding organisation where you'll become a key point of contact for customers, helping deliver exceptional service and ensuring requests are managed efficiently from start to finish. We're keen to speak with candidates from customer service, customer support, administration, service coordination, account management or operations support backgrounds who enjoy building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate customer outcomes by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage customer communications and provide timely updates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and support
What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or service coordination
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach to work
