Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager / Property Manager role within a reputable boutique real estate agency in Richmond.

As the agency continues to grow and expand its property management division, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious real estate professional to join a dynamic team during an exciting phase of development.

Working closely with an experienced director and successful sales team, you'll have the support, autonomy and resources to build and manage a rent roll - making a meaningful impact on the business’s future!

What’s in it for you?

What you’ll do:

  • Generate new property management business through prospecting and relationship building
  • Leverage an existing database to identify and convert new opportunities
  • Conduct rental appraisals and secure new managements
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a growing portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with rental providers, tenants and referral partners
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the property management division

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in Property Management, Business Development or a similar real estate role
  • Must hold a valid Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Confidence in generating new business opportunities
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
  • A team-first attitude and willingness to support a growing business
  • Ambition to build, grow and develop a successful portfolio
