What do you do?

  • Prepare and produce high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods.
  • Complete daily mise en place and service preparation.
  • Ensure consistency in flavour, presentation and portion control.
  • Assist with seasonal menu development and product trials.
  • Run your pastry section efficiently during preparation and service.
  • Support event, function and specialty pastry production.
  • Assist with stock rotation, storage and waste minimisation
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
  • Ensure all products meet venue standards before service

What do you need?

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a premium dining environment.
  • Solid understanding of pastry production, desserts and baking techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
  • Passion for quality, creativity and continuous improvement.
