One of Melbourne's top commercial landscape companies has secured a strong amount of work to finish off 2026 and is looking to hire another Foreman for the business.
  • Must have a Certificate III in Landscape Construction
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman
  • Projects located in the North and West of Melbourne

companies who works heavily in the North & West suburbs of Melbourne, the client is well-established in the commercial landscape sector and has a strong pipeline of work to finish off the rest of 2026. The client is now seeking a Foreman to join the team.

What do you do?

As a Foreman you will play a key role in overseeing commercial projects from start to finish. Reporting to the Project Manager & Construction Manager, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and in line with client expectations.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and best practices
  • Oversee and actively assist onsite with all aspects of landscape construction, including paving, brickwork, retaining walls, irrigation, lighting, soft works, and drainage
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members

What do you need?
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Foreman experience working across commercial landscape projects
  • Proven ability to manage staff and subcontractors effectively
  • Strong technical knowledge across all landscaping disciplines
  • A proactive approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with OH&S requirements in the construction industry.
