Woods & Co are currently partnering with a well-established residential builder who specialise in Non-Retail projects, to recruit a Project Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the construction industry. Working closely with experienced Project Managers, you will play a key role in supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring documentation, approvals and project administration are delivered accurately and on time.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing the administration of a portfolio of projects, ensuring key milestones are met and providing support through the entire project lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating projects from pre-construction through to onsite delivery
- Reviewing tender documentation and setting up new projects within internal systems
- Coordinating approvals, permits, insurances and authority applications
- Liaising with estimators, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure documentation is complete
- Preparing contracts and coordinating contract execution
- Ordering surveys, engineering reports, soil tests and other pre-construction requirements
- Tracking RFIs, variations, approvals and project milestones
- Assisting with project forecasting, reporting and program updates
- Processing invoices, progress claims and maintaining project cost records
- Supporting site teams within project administration throughout construction
- Coordinating practical completion documentation, occupancy permits, handover packs and final project close out
- Providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project progress
About YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in a Project Administration, Building Coordination or Client Liaison role
- Exposure to the residential or commercial in one of these roles is critical
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with Microsoft Project experience considered advantageous
- The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
