Woods & Co. Recruitment has partnered with a well-established commercial plumbing contractor delivering maintenance services across Melbourne. With continued growth and a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service, the business is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead its maintenance division.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Plumber looking to step away from the tools full-time (or significantly reduce tool time) and move into a leadership position where you'll oversee a team of experienced technicians, mentor apprentices, coordinate daily operations, and manage quoting and estimating.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, mentor and support a team of maintenance plumbers
• Provide technical guidance and assist with complex maintenance issues
• Prepare quotations and estimates for plumbing maintenance works
• Coordinate daily scheduling, workflow and job allocation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Drive quality workmanship and a positive team culture

What we're looking for

• Victorian Registered Plumbing Licence
• Strong background within commercial maintenance plumbing
• Previous experience leading or supervising field staff
• Experience preparing quotations and estimates
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach
• Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality outcomes
