This premium business specialises exclusively in bespoke outdoor spaces, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and quality finishes across Melbourne’s luxury residential market. What you’ll do:

• Supervise high-end residential landscape construction projects from commencement to completion
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and apprentices
• Read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings, and specifications
• Plan daily site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across all aspects of construction
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure sites operate safely and efficiently while meeting project deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction
• 2-5 years’ experience in a Landscape Supervisor or Leading Hand role
• Proven experience delivering high-end residential landscape construction projects
• Ability to independently run landscape construction projects
• Confidence in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
• Current Manual Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
