Woods & Co is partnering with a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality homes across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of multiple residential homes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Manager who thrives in a fast-paced volume building environment and takes pride in delivering homes on time and to a high standard.

The Role

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day construction of multiple residential homes across the Ipswich area. You'll coordinate trades, monitor build quality, ensure projects remain on schedule and provide a top tier experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of multiple residential homes simultaneously.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across each stage of the build.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction process.
• Maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers and homeowners.
• Ensure compliance with all Queensland building regulations and WHS requirements.
• Monitor build progress and proactively resolve site issues.
• Complete site reporting and maintain accurate project documentation.

About You

• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a residential builder.
• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and NCC requirements.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Trade background (preferred)
