Venue Manager
Full-time hours | Morning shifts only | 4 days a week

Woods & Co are partnering with a leading hospitality group to recruit a Venue Manager for one of their busiest and most established Melbourne venues. This fast-growing Melbourne-born brand is renowned for its quality, passion for food and strong presence across the city's hospitality scene, regularly collaborating with major brands and appearing at high-profile Melbourne events.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the venue, leading both front and back of house teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving operational performance and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across FOH + BOH

  • Lead high-volume service and manage customer flow

  • Drive service standards and guest experience

  • Train, develop, and lead a team of 15–20 staff

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

About You

  • 2+ years experience as a Venue Manager

  • Experience in fast-paced casual dining or QSR

  • Proven ability managing high-volume venues

  • Exposure to both FOH and BOH

  • Back-of-house experience across kitchen or operations

  • A genuine passion for food and guest experience

  • Quick thinker who can adapt on the fly

  • Energetic, hands-on leader who builds strong team culture

Hours & Benefits

  • Approx. 7:00am – 3:00pm (no nights)

  • Option to transition to a 4-day work week
