Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a well-established and growing plumbing company to find an experienced Admin Operations Officer.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll become the operational backbone of the business, taking ownership of day-to-day administration while working closely with leadership to improve systems, streamline processes and support the delivery of exceptional customer service.

What do you do?
- Manage the day-to-day administration and operational support of the business.
- Coordinate scheduling, job creation, quotations and invoicing.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Liaise with technicians, suppliers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare quotations, reports, compliance documentation and client-specific paperwork.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing process efficiencies, automation and AI initiatives.
What do you need?
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an Administration, Operations or Office Management role.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Experience using Simpro or similar job management software is highly regarded.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
- Interest in technology, automation and AI tools with the ability to streamline processes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills.
