Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Customer Experience Coordinator for a leading automotive service and aftermarket provider. This organisation is renowned for their industry expertise and market leadership across Australia.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and confirm vehicle bookings, follow-ups, and new orders.
• Manage inbound calls and email enquiries in a professional manner.
• Prepare invoices, warranty documentation, and maintain accurate internal records.
• Coordinate stock movements and liaise with dealerships, workshops, and leasing companies.
• Support team members and contribute to meetings as required.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years' experience in fast-paced administrative, customer service, or team support roles
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Great attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt
