Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a financial planning business focused on delivering insurance, superannuation and strategic financial advice. They are seeking an experienced Financial & Insurance Adviser to join the team on a permanent part-time basis.

$100,000 - $135,000 + Super (Pro rata)

Existing client portfolio with no requirement to grow the book
Back office support from experienced admin and paraplanning teams

What you’ll do:
Take ownership of an established portfolio of clients
Conduct structured annual client reviews and ongoing advice meetings
Identify opportunities where clients may benefit from broader strategic advice
Work collaboratively with offshore admin and paraplanning teams
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and service delivery
What we’re looking for:
Strong background in insurance and superannuation advice
Strong compliance mindset and high attention to detail
Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in technology and AI-enabled advice delivery
