This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys getting out on the road, building strong client relationships and winning new business. Whether you have experience selling construction products or industrial solutions this role offers the platform to grow with an established international business.
You'll take ownership of a well-established territory, work with premium products trusted by industry professionals and be rewarded with uncapped commissions for your success.

What you'll do
- Develop new business opportunities throughout the Sydney market
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Build strong partnerships with flooring contractors, builders and distributors
- Identify upcoming commercial and residential projects
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
What we're looking for
- Previous Business Development, Territory Management or Field Sales experience
- Hungry, driven and motivated to succeed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident presenting to customers face-to-face
- Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously
- Experience within construction, flooring, building products or industrial sales is highly regarded but not essential
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
