You’ll take ownership of an exciting mix of stores across Victoria. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail and working closely with senior leaders, you’ll be right in the centre of the action - driving performance, building capability and fuelling the next stage of the brand’s growth story.

What do you do?
- Take ownership of multi-site management across Victoria's store network.
- Drive a strong and energised culture across all stores
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to implement and uphold guidelines across all locations.
- Champion high customer service standards consistently across every site.
- Manage stock effectively across all stores to maximise sales opportunities.
- Lead people management with a focus on proactively developing and growing store teams.
- Oversee recruitment and support talent attraction strategies across the state.
- Communicate and roll out Head Office initiatives seamlessly across all locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams and internal/external stakeholders.
What do you need?
- 2+ years’ experience operating as State Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager or in a similar multi-site leadership role.
- Proven multi-site leadership experience within fashion apparel retail.
- A track record of leading teams both hands-on in-store and remotely across a region.
- Strong people leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire, coach and develop teams.
- A sharp eye for styling and detail, with the ability to uphold high Visual Merchandising standards,
- Excellent organisational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once.
- Skilled in preparing and analysing rosters, with a commercial eye on costs and targets.
- Self-motivated, driven and energised by taking ownership of results.
