Woods & Co Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Department for a well-established fashion retail brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic store environment where ownership, structure and a passion for product are key.We're looking for a driven and career-focused individual who's ready to take charge of their own department and make it their own. Reporting into the Cluster Manager (who oversees both women's wear and children's wear across the concept store), this role is perfect for someone currently working as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager who's hungry for the next step up.

• Full-time role, Tuesday - Saturday (including Friday nights).

What you'll do:

• Take ownership and full charge of the women's wear department, including fitting rooms.
• Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Coach, develop and motivate your team through hands-on leadership.
• Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards within your department.
• Work closely with the Cluster Manager to align on store-wide goals and standards.
• Be a visible and proactive presence on the shop floor, leading by example.

What we're looking for:

• Experience as a Supervisor or Department Manager within fashion or apparel retail (e.g. Victoria's Secret, Zara).
• Someone junior in their management journey but keen and ready to progress.
• Confidence to take charge and ownership of a department.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for product, fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Availability to work full-time, Tuesday - Saturday, including Friday nights.
