Woods & Co are proud to partner with an independent private vault facility in Brisbane CBD to find a Business & Customer Support Manager to join their team. Our client is Brisbane's independent private vault, purpose-built beneath the CBD to provide secure storage for bullion, investment assets and personal valuables.

We're seeking someone to support their clients day to day in this varied role, combining customer contact, administration and general office support, ideal for someone accurate, reliable and genuinely happy to be part of a close-knit team.

• $80,000 - $90,000 + Super
• Brisbane CBD location, minutes from Central Station

• Full training provided on ERP systems and compliance requirements

What you'll do?

• Managing and maintaining customer information within the ERP system across a large existing customer base
• Xero administration including invoicing, billing and reconciliations
• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with general enquiries
• General administration and day-to-day operational support for the wider team
• Following internal compliance procedures and maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, supporting the business's SMSF-compliant, audit-ready standards
• Ensuring information is entered accurately and tasks are followed through to completion

What you need?

• 3+ years experience in similar Customer Service of Administration Management role, ideally within a client facing position
• Experience with Xero and customer databases
• Confident phone manner, comfortable managing inbound volume of customer contact
• Accurate, detail-oriented and reliable in following tasks through to completion
• Professional and trustworthy, suited to working in a strictly by-appointment, security-focused environment
