Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading Melbourne-based Managed Service Provider to find a proactive and client-focused Onsite IT Engineer. This is an opportunity to step away from a traditional support desk role and become the trusted technical advisor for a portfolio of businesses, helping clients improve, secure and optimise their IT environments.

If you're an experienced MSP Engineer who enjoys building relationships, solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership of client environments, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Manage and support a portfolio of client IT environments across Melbourne
• Conduct proactive onsite reviews, identify risks and implement improvements
• Build strong relationships with clients and become their go-to technical expert
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and align environments to best practice
• Work closely with senior engineers and technology advisors to deliver long-term client outcomes

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similar
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Outstanding communication skills and confidence working directly with clients
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle
