Woods & Co Recruitment are proud to partner with a premium, high security client asset facility in Melbourne seeking a polished and professional Operations and Client Support Assistant to join their front of house and operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to a luxury, confidential environment where service, discretion, and attention to detail are paramount.

You will support the delivery of a seamless client experience and assist with the daily operations of the vault and office, working alongside experienced team members who will guide and train you. This role suits someone highly organised who thrives in a structured, professional setting and takes pride in exceptional service and presentation.

  • Melbourne CBD location, Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturdays
  • Full training provided, no prior vault or security experience required

What will you do?

  • Support client enquiries across phone, email, and in person, and help welcome and guide clients through the office and vault space under supervision
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, scheduling, document handling, and record keeping
  • Assist control room staff and the manager with day to day operational tasks, including client onboarding
  • Help maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the office and client areas
  • Follow strict security protocols and confidentiality standards at all times
  • Help coordinate internal communications to support smooth operational flow across teams

What do you need?

  • Experience in a client facing, retail, hospitality, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and composed manner
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and work within structured, security driven processes
  • Well presented, reliable, and proactive in your approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced but controlled environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
