Woods & Co Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading Australian energy advisory business, to recruit an Entry-Level Sales Consultant to join their growing Melbourne team.

No energy experience? No problem. You'll receive comprehensive training across the energy market, sales process and systems to give you the tools to succeed.

What's in it for you?

• $65,000 - $70,000 + Super + Comms (OTE: $100k)

What you'll do:

• Make outbound calls to existing leads and your own prospecting lists.
• Identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand client energy usage and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Present tailored energy solutions and guide clients through the sales process.
• Negotiate with energy suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
• Manage your pipeline and CRM activity to consistently work towards targets.
• Build long-term relationships and generate ongoing renewal opportunities.

What you need?

• Confident and personable on the phone.
• Highly motivated by targets and commission.
• Can handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
• Competitive and enjoys being rewarded for performance.
• Has strong communication and time-management skills.
• Wants to develop a long-term career in B2B sales.
