As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated AM Supervisor to join the team and play a key role in overseeing the fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the transport industry who enjoys improving processes, identifying risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working closely with teams to create safer and more efficient operation.

What do you do?
Supervise daily depot and transport fleet operations including scheduling, routing, dispatch and freight movement
Ensure safe operations and compliance with transport regulations, OHS requirements and CoR
Lead, roster, train and develop drivers and depot staff
Supervise loading and unloading trucks in the depot
What do you need?
Previous experience in similar role
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
