Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a well-established residential builder with a strong presence across Victoria in search for a House and Land Administrator to join their team.

This role is focused on supporting the smooth coordination of house and land packages, wholesale partnerships and administration across the business.

What do you do?

  • Manage the administration and coordination of house & land packages from initial enquiry through to contract.
  • Liaise with clients, land developers, sales teams, builders and other key stakeholders to ensure all information and documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, pricing, documentation and relevant correspondence.
  • Coordinate key dates, land details, settlements and other important milestones.
  • Provide administrative support across wholesale and house and land activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and CRM systems while ensuring all processes are followed efficiently.

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in house and land or wholesale building administration.
  • Strong understanding of the residential building and/or property industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience with relevant CRM, construction or administration systems will be highly regarded.
