What you’ll do:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from contract signing to project handover.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate all aspects of client projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Communicate project updates and process explanations clearly via email or phone.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers and manage relationships to ensure smooth information flow.
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure a cohesive workflow.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and keep detailed records in the database.
- Continuously assess and improve project processes for efficiency.
- Promote client engagement, encouraging reviews and referrals at project completion.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in project coordination is highly desirable.
- Experience within a similar role is a must.
- Strong organisational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information simply.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to identify process improvements and handle challenges professionally.
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation.
- A proactive attitude and dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
