What you’ll do:
• Engage with potential leads to assess their interest and eligibility for property investment
• Use market research and data to identify high-potential prospects
• Communicate effectively to understand clients’ investment goals and preferences
• Present tailored investment opportunities and explain their benefits
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within Australian real estate
• Collaborate with landowners, builders, and stakeholders to negotiate favourable terms
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the industry
• Prepare and manage documentation during the pre-contract stage
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
What you'll need:
• MUST have experience in property analysis, market research, or real estate investment
• MUST have current Agents Representative Certificate
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
• Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and stakeholders
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence in managing the end-to-end property investment process
