Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high-end interior projects from start to finish, while becoming part of a collaborative and growing business.

What you'll be doing
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and construction programs
- Monitoring project costs, variations, timelines and overall project progress
- Conducting site meetings and coordinating day-to-day project activities
- Liaising directly with clients and key project stakeholders
- Reviewing plans, drawings and project documentation
- Managing procurement and ensuring materials are delivered in line with project requirements
- Identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on track
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across all projects
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within interiors, construction, fit-out or a related industry
- Strong understanding of construction and interior fit-out processes
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgets, variations and procurement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and project outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Reliable, organised and committed to delivering projects on time
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
