Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of high-end interior projects from start to finish, while becoming part of a collaborative and growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and construction programs
  • Monitoring project costs, variations, timelines and overall project progress
  • Conducting site meetings and coordinating day-to-day project activities
  • Liaising directly with clients and key project stakeholders
  • Reviewing plans, drawings and project documentation
  • Managing procurement and ensuring materials are delivered in line with project requirements
  • Identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on track
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship across all projects
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager within interiors, construction, fit-out or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of construction and interior fit-out processes
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgets, variations and procurement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and project outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
  • Reliable, organised and committed to delivering projects on time
  • Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
