Woods & Co is proudly working with a well-established national-based landscape contractor. With long-term significant growth and proven experience across a diverse range of sectors, this has led to the appointment of an experienced estimator to join the successful team.
Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in the landscape or civil sector will be considered for the role.
What do you do?
Reviewing tender packages and preparing cost estimates for materials and labour.
Pre-tender meeting attendance.
Tender preparation & submission.
Consulting with suppliers, subcontractors and clients to prepare accurate BOQ.
Contracts management and preparing subcontractor documents.
What do you need?
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the landscape industry with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience.
Proven success with winning tenders in Victoria.
Excellent negotiation skills.
The ability to work in a team environment.
Strong literacy and communication skills.
Australian citizenship - only current residents need to apply.
