Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a Sales Associate / Sales Administrator for a successful real estate agency based in Sandringham. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within residential real estate, working alongside a highly experienced and successful Director who generates over $1 million in GCI annually. We are looking for a motivated, personable and proactive individual with a genuine interest in developing their sales and client relationship skills.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey, including pre- and post-settlement support
- Act as a primary point of contact for buyers, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing updates and seamless communication
- Assist with preparing and coordinating open for inspections, including marketing materials and documentation
- Support the Director with managing diaries, appointments and daily schedules
- Coordinate property inspections, buyer appointments and follow-up activities
- Assist with sales administration such as contracts, documentation, database management, and correspondence
- Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, and stakeholders to support sales and settlements
- Maintain accurate client and property records, ensuring all information is organised and up-to-date
- Support prospecting and business development activities, including follow-up on buyer enquiries and nurturing prospective vendor relationships
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business
What we’re looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience within residential real estate, ideally in sales administration or support roles
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and initiative
- Confidence communicating with buyers, vendors and external stakeholders
- Personable, professional, and able to build strong working relationships
- An interest in developing sales and prospecting skills is highly regarded
- Genuine enthusiasm for building a long-term career in residential real estate
