Woods & Co is partnering with a leading high end construction company to appoint an experienced
Finishes Foreman for a landmark luxury residential project in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high calibre construction team delivering a premium multi unit residential development, where quality, attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional finishes are critical.
We're looking for a hands on, experienced Finishes Foreman who takes pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail. You'll play a key role in overseeing the final stages of construction, ensuring every element is delivered to the highest possible standard.
The Role - Oversee all finishing trades and activities across the project, from internal finishes through to final handover
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and efficient delivery
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance and ensure finishes meet project specifications
- Work closely with the Site Manager and broader construction team to main program and sequencing
- Identify and resolve defects and ensure all finishing works are completed to an exceptional standard
- Maintain a clean, safe and well organised site throughout the finishing stages
About You - Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman, or Site Manager on high end residential apartment projects
- Strong knowledge of premium finishes, detailing and quality control
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and finishing trades
- Strong communication and subcontractor management skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high quality construction outcomes
- Trade qualifications, ideally in carpentry
