We’re looking for a

What will you do? - Support Consultants and the Managing Consultant to improve recruitment speed and quality
- Build and maintain candidate pools, folders and keep candidates warm
- Conduct candidate searches using Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Complete elements of the Woods & Co 8-Step Recruitment Process
- Ensure all activity is accurately recorded in Bullhorn
- Provide weekly WIP updates and submit at least one top candidate per week
What do you need? - Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with clear KPI expectations
