Woods & Co are on the lookout for an experienced
Scaffold Supervisor for Victoria's largest scaffold supplier. We are looking for someone who knows how to lead a crew, run a safe site, and get the job done right — every time.
About the Company Our client is a well-known scaffolding subcontractor with a solid reputation for safety, reliability, and top-quality work. They partner with some of Melbourne’s biggest builders on everything from volume housing to large commercial jobs. With plenty of ongoing work, they’re growing fast and need an experienced supervisor to hit the ground running.
About the Role You’ll be overseeing scaffold crews across multiple sites, making sure everything is built to plan and up to standard. You’ll work closely with site managers, clients, and engineers to keep projects moving safely and on schedule. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example and takes pride in a well-run site.
What You’ll Be Doing - Running day-to-day scaffold operations across residential and commercial sites
- Supervising scaffold teams and making sure safety always comes first
- Managing scaffold builds, changes, and dismantles to plan
- Checking and signing off on safety and compliance paperwork
- Organising materials, deliveries, and crew schedules
- Working closely with builders and clients to plan out scaffold requirements
What You’ll Need - Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding ticket (essential)
- Experience supervising scaffold teams — ideally with a subcontractor
- Strong knowledge of WorkSafe Victoria and OHS standards
- Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills
- White Card and Driver’s Licence
- Ability to read scaffold drawings and juggle multiple sites
