Caleb is the Marketing Manager and a founding member of the Woods & Co team, leading the company’s marketing, brand and communications across Australia and North America.
Since the early days of Woods & Co, he’s played a big part in shaping the brand and helping grow its presence across both markets. His role covers everything from strategy and content to digital, campaigns, events and broader brand development, with a focus on keeping Woods & Co consistent, relevant and recognisable.
Outside of work, Caleb is a passionate Geelong supporter, will happily watch just about any sport, and has an eclectic taste in music that keeps the office playlist interesting.
Lyndel is Woods & Co’s Finance & Payroll Manager, keeping payroll and finance operations running seamlessly.
With over a decade of finance experience, including 3 years in recruitment payroll, she brings a strong attention to detail and a genuine love for numbers, along with a passion for the company’s growth.
Outside the office, she enjoys a spritz or red at sunset, Pilates, golf and trips to Japan. A dedicated Bloods supporter, she still believes Sydney is where she belongs.
Corey is the Content Creator at Woods & Co, bringing the brand to life across our digital channels. He works across everything from planning and filming to editing and posting, creating content that showcases our team, clients, and the day-to-day of the business. Working closely with the wider team, Corey makes sure everything feels on-brand, engaging, and authentic, helping drive awareness and keep Woods & Co front of mind.
