We’re looking for an ambitious and energetic
Business Development Manager to be at the front line, spotting opportunities, chasing leads, and building genuine partnerships that last. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

What you'll do? - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospective new business customers
- Conduct research to identify emerging customer needs and market trends
- Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s services while addressing or anticipating clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal and company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable, high-performing salespeople
- Be the driving force in expanding new business opportunities across freight, transport, logistics, and warehousing
What you need? - 2-3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding or logistics sector
- Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and freight forwarding operations
- Experience using CargoWise is highly regarded
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce / HubSpot)
- Communication, negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
