Internal Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in driving sales excellence and supporting the team within this thriving organisation.
As an
Internal Sales Coordinator, you are expected to provide exceptional customer service and sales support through accurate order processing, timely responses, proactive communication, and teamwork. This role is responsible for ensuring customers, suppliers, and account managers experience reliable, efficient, and professional service in line with company standards.

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (no weekends).
- Collaborate with a dedicated Trade Sales & Service team, supported by a Logistics Coordinator and an Operations Manager.
What do you do? - Answer inbound calls, emails, and counter/walk-in enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and repair requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Check all order details, picking slips, deliveries, and forms to ensure accuracy.
- Share knowledge, ideas, and feedback with colleagues to improve service and efficiency.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and invoicing.
- Uphold the companies’ service standards of responsiveness, accountability, and going above & beyond.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions, even in challenging situations.
- Build rapport with customers and suppliers to strengthen long-term relationships.
What do you need? - Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role (internal sales or sales support)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and face-to-face).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under time pressure.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and solutions-focused mindset.
- Team player with a willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.
