Woods & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a leading Australian retail group, home to iconic lifestyle, apparel, and homeware brands.

What you’ll do: - Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Drive performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and consistent feedback
- Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage large stock volumes and ensure operational efficiency
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed commercial decisions
- Create a positive and proactive team environment through strong communication and example-led leadership
What we’re looking for: - Demonstrated experience in retail management or leadership, ideally within high-volume, fast-paced stores
- Solid understanding of stock control, merchandising, and driving sales performance
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills
- Confident, adaptable, and results-driven, with a hands-on approach to achieving targets
- Previous experience in fashion, lifestyle, intimates, or hospitality retail is highly regarded
