Woods & Co have partnered with a well-established and award winning custom builder who specialises in bespoke new homes, and renovations and extensions across Melbourne. They’re known for their honest approach, quality workmanship and focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
Due to continued growth and success, they’re looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant who enjoys helping clients turn ideas into reality — someone confident guiding customers through the design and pre-construction process for both new builds and renovation projects.
The Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, assessing sites and working with the internal design and estimating teams to deliver tailored proposals. This role suits an individual who’s personable, organised and motivated to provide a smooth, positive client experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert enquiries for custom homes, renovations and extensions
Conduct site visits and assess project feasibility
Work closely with in-house designers and estimators to prepare design concepts and pricing
Provide clients with clear, transparent advice on budget, design and process
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
About You:
Proven experience in new home sales - across custom new builds or KDRB projects
Strong knowledge of Melbourne’s residential market and planning requirements
Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach
Self-motivated and organised, with strong attention to detail
Availability to work weekends (with rostered days off)
