Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading automotive services business that falls under the umbrella of one of Australia’s largest car care groups, to find an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Vehicle Assessor to join their growing Mulgrave-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Working from their modern office with onsite parking, great amenities and a genuinely supportive culture, you’ll play a key role in evaluating vehicle damage submitted through customer images and ensuring accurate, efficient assessments.

• Reviewing customer-submitted images and assessing vehicle damage
• Determining whether the damage falls within the scope of membership services
• Allocating accurate repair time frames
• Communicating assessment outcomes clearly and professionally
• Understanding customer needs to ensure a smooth and positive experience
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver fast, reliable assessments

• A passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Experience in vehicle repair, panel work or related fields is advantageous but not essential
