What do you do?

• Prep, cook and plate dishes to high standards.
• Support your kitchen team during service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, organisation and daily prep.
• Work efficiently under pressure and as part of a collaborative team.

What do you need?

• Experience relevant to the level you’re applying for | Minimum 1 year commercial kitchen experience.
• Understanding of kitchen operations and food and safety standards.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented individual.
• Flexibility to work weekends and open to traveling to various Melbourne locations.
