Woods & Co is thrilled to partner with one of Melbourne’s leading project marketers, specialising in selling off-the-plan apartments and townhouses across Melbourne. They are currently on the lookout for a highly organised and dynamic Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join their team.

Support established project marketing campaigns and day-to-day operations.

What you'll do:
Conduct a full review of all branding, collateral, and messaging to ensure consistency and quality.
Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Write, edit, and distribute engaging internal and external communication materials.
Generate fresh content ideas to support digital initiatives and project marketing.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform ongoing strategies.
Collaborate with external contractors, agencies, and partners as required.
Develop and manage internal and external review processes for marketing outputs.
Assist the CEO with speechwriting and advocacy communications.
Manage schedules, calendars, and emails, including organising meetings and appointments.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to prepare properties for sale.
Coordinate and organise events, inspections, and property-related activities.
Act as the first point of contact, handling correspondence, phone calls, and general enquiries.
Support smooth communication and collaboration across the team.
Experience in marketing, operations, or admin support (real estate experience preferred).
Comfortable with Canva and basic SEO/website updates.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison ability.
