They’re looking for a commercially sharp
Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, drive sustainable revenue growth and protect margin through disciplined, relationship led sales.
This role is all about depth over breadth. You’ll be trusted to manage the full account lifecycle, uncover growth opportunities within existing clients and act as a strategic partner rather than a transactional seller.

What will you do?
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue and market share within existing clients
- Manage the full account lifecycle from onboarding through to long term retention
- Build trusted, solution focused relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- Identify and convert cross sell and up sell opportunities into long term revenue streams
- Conduct regular face to face client meetings, securing clear next steps every time
- Negotiate confidently, including pushing back on low margin opportunities when required
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes and share market insights
What do you need?
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a senior account focused sales role
- Background in commercial, industrial, construction or similar markets
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a margin driven mindset
- Experience managing complex accounts and negotiations
- High level of CRM discipline and forecasting capability (Pipedrive desirable)
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and hold firm when needed
- Self motivated, resilient and highly accountable working style
- Emotionally intelligent, coachable and aligned to strong company values
