Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with an energetic and fast-growing pet care brand known for challenging the industry with natural health products for dogs and cats. This business has built a loyal community across Australia and is experiencing rapid growth, driven by bold ideas and a fun creative culture. They are now looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator to lead their organic social presence and bring the brand’s personality to life.

In this role you will create content, drive social strategy and work closely with a tight-knit creative team to deliver moments that stand out.

What will you do?

• Build and implement the organic social strategy across key platforms

• Create content including filming, photography and editing

• Plan and schedule social content for maximum engagement

• Stay across trends and use them to inspire original ideas

• Report on performance and apply insights to improve outcomes

What do you need?

• Minimum 3 years of in-house social or creative experience

• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok and how brands thrive on each

• Confident with Adobe Suite, CapCut and in-platform editing tools

• Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organised with strong initiative and a can-do attitude
