A leading private development group is seeking a polished and driven Sales Executive to represent their luxury residential and mixed-use projects. This role sits within a high-performance sales team responsible for delivering some of Australia’s most design-led, high-amenity apartment developments.
The Opportunity
You’ll be the face of landmark projects, guiding local and offshore buyers through the full sales journey - from enquiry to settlement. Working closely with marketing, development, and customer teams, you’ll help bring premium lifestyle-driven precincts to market and deliver an exceptional buyer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage buyer enquiries, presentations, inspections and follow-ups for luxury apartment projects
- Deliver premium customer service to high-net-worth, local and international buyers
- Run high-quality sales presentations within display suites and private appointment settings
- Maintain pipeline activity, reporting, CRM updates and weekly sales performance metrics
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and development teams to support launch strategies
- Guide purchasers through contracts, variations and settlement pathways with accuracy and care
- Represent the brand with professionalism, polish and deep product knowledge
About You
- Experience in apartment project sales, property sales, premium residential, or related high-value customer environments
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) - essential for buyer engagement across key markets
- Highly polished communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation ability and confidence managing high-value transactions
- CRM savvy, organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven team
- Passionate about design, architecture and premium lifestyle product
