What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming clients with warmth, professionalism, and refined presentation
• Understanding client needs and offering tailored luxury recommendations
• Delivering a seamless, premium client experience from start to finish
• Building strong, ongoing relationships and driving repeat business
• Growing your product knowledge and staying across luxury watch trends
• Achieving sales targets through a polished and consultative approach
• Using CRM tools to personalise communication and follow-up
• Assisting with boutique events, virtual consultations, and sales initiatives
• Contributing to a collaborative, service-focused team culture

What we’re looking for

• Experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-end client service
• Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional presentation
• Genuine passion for watches and a desire to build a long-term career in the luxury watch industry
• Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
• Strong relationship-building skills and a service-first mindset
