With a strong pipeline of work and an energetic, supportive team, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Administrator ready to step into a pivotal, fast-paced role starting early 2026.
You’ll be the key link between clients, supervisors, technicians, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring jobs run smoothly from allocation through to final invoicing. If you love structure, communication, and being across the moving parts of a busy operational environment, this role has your name on it.

What you’ll be doing:
Allocate jobs by region and trade to field teams
Communicate with clients regarding job updates and progress
Maintain strong relationships with clients, supervisors, technicians, contractors and suppliers
Compile and close job information received from field teams
Create and manage invoicing for all stakeholders, resolving any inconsistencies
Monitor contractor and technician information to coordinate next steps
Review Simpro data on productivity, hours, materials and scheduling
Prepare weekly reports on active jobs, key updates and finalised invoices
Provide proactive communication and support to supervisors
What you’ll need:
Previous experience as an Administrator or Office Assistant
Knowledge of the construction or maintenance industry
Experience tracking job progress, Simpro or Zavanti (Dresired)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to resolve issues quickly and confidently
Available to commence January 2026
