Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a major residential complex in St Kilda, known for its premium amenities and multicultural community. We are seeking professional, well-presented Concierge staff who can deliver exceptional service, uphold building policies and support the smooth operation of the complex.

These roles form the front line of resident experience. You’ll work closely with the Building Manager, OC Committee, Security team and Cleaning staff to maintain a safe, organised and friendly environment.

Both Day and Afternoon shifts are available, with consistent full-time hours and comprehensive training provided.

What do you do?

• Welcome residents and guests with professionalism.
• Assist with enquiries, bookings and general administration.
• Support daily operations across multiple buildings.
• Monitor access and uphold building policies.
• Help the Building Manager with routine tasks & resident suppor.t
• Conduct basic facility checks (pool temperature, amenity readiness, etc.).
• Maintain clear written and verbal shift handovers.
• Assist during incidents and communicate effectively with security and management.

What do you need?

• Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience (front desk, reception, concierge or guest services).
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to proper shift handover.
• Bilingual applicants (English + Mandarin or Cantonese) highly regarded.
• International students welcome.
• Strong presentation and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• IT skills: booking platforms, emails, basic reporting.
