The opportunity

We’re partnering with a highly regarded, design-led client-side consultancy to appoint a Project Manager to deliver complex residential and mixed-use developments.

This is a genuinely autonomous role, working directly with clients, consultants and contractors, with close mentorship from a Director. You’ll run projects end-to-end, owning programme, budget, risk and stakeholder outcomes.

Key projects

You’ll be supporting high-quality residential and mixed-use developments, working across feasibility, design coordination and delivery phases.

The role

• Manage projects end-to-end from briefing through to delivery
• Act as primary client contact, providing clear and consistent communication
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
• Control programme, budget, scope and risk
• Prepare and manage project plans, reporting and documentation
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brief

About you

• 3–5+ years’ experience in client-side or consultancy project management
• Exposure to residential, mixed-use or complex built-form projects
• Confident managing consultants and engaging directly with clients
• Strong communication, organisation and commercial judgement
• Comfortable working autonomously in a boutique environment
