With multiple venues and more openings on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to lead HR across a dynamic and expanding business.
This is not a traditional HR role. As HR Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and venue teams to shape people strategy, culture, recruitment, performance and compliance. You’ll support multiple venues, mentor managers, develop HR frameworks, and ensure the group continues to attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced, high-energy hospitality environment.

What do you do?
Lead end-to-end HR for multiple venues, including recruitment, onboarding and retention.
Partner with senior leadership on people strategy, performance and growth.
Oversee employee relations, awards compliance, WHS and workplace policies.
Mentor and coach venue managers and operational leaders.
Implement HR processes, frameworks and initiatives to support scaling.
Drive a high-performance, inclusive culture across the group.
Support strategic initiatives including growth planning, new venue openings and team expansion.
What do you need?
3+ years as an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or similar.
Experience supporting multi-site or fast-paced hospitality operations.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, awards and compliance.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to balance strategy with day-to-day HR.
Skilled at coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for hospitality, culture, and building high-performing teams.
