As a
Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to customers, supporting their renowned Business Development Centre. You will leverage your communication skills and passion for premium brands to engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of service excellence.

What do you do? - Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communication
- Manage enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups for customers
- Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Utilise telephony and CRM systems to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates
- Contribute to the success of the Business Development Centre by collaborating with team members to meet shared goals
What do you need? - Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships
- Prior experience in the automotive industry (highly regarded)
- Proficiency with telephony and CRM systems is a plus
- A passion for luxury vehicles and delivering exceptional service
