Woods & Co. Recruitment have partnered with a well-established commercial builder. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team, delivering light commercial projects across multiple sectors. You’ll be managing projects typically valued between $1–10 million, working across healthcare, aged care, child care, petrol stations and commercial fit-outs.

This is a hands-on role for a Project Manager who enjoys being involved in the detail, building strong relationships on site, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover
Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Managing project programs, budgets and variations
Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Ensuring quality, safety and compliance across all sites
Identifying and managing project risks and reporting on progress

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Background in light commercial projects
Experience managing projects in the $1–10m range
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades
Full Australian working rights
