Job Description

Woods & Co have partnered with one of Melbourne's most reputable bespoke builders on the search for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a highly regarded bespoke residential builder delivering architecturally designed, high-end homes across Melbourne.

This role is ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a genuine appreciation for architectural detail and quality craftsmanship.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Management, Site and Design teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects run smoothly from documentation through to construction delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating project documentation, drawings, schedules and consultant information

• Liaising with architects, designers, engineers and internal stakeholders

• Supporting project managers with programme tracking, variations and procurement

• Ensuring compliance with building regulations, contracts and quality standards

• Maintaining accurate project records and systems throughout the build lifecycle

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience within the residential construction industry (custom or high-end preferred)

• A relevant degree qualification (Construction Management, Architecture, Building or similar)

• An architectural background or strong exposure to architectural documentation (highly regarded)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with consultants and stakeholders
