Woods & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to join a leading Australian lifestyle and apparel retailer.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
• Drive performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and consistent feedback
• Maintain high store presentation and merchandising standards
• Manage large volumes of stock and ensure operational efficiency
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed commercial decisions
• Create a positive and proactive team environment through strong communication and example-led leadership

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience as a strong 3IC, ASM or in retail management within high-volume stores
• Solid understanding of stock control, merchandising, and driving sales performance
• Someone looking to take the next step up in their career
• Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills
• Confident, adaptable, and results-driven, with a hands-on approach to achieving targets
• Experience in lifestyle, apparel, or casual wear retail is highly regarded
