What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Drive performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and consistent feedback
- Maintain high store presentation and merchandising standards
- Manage large volumes of stock and ensure operational efficiency
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed commercial decisions
- Create a positive and proactive team environment through strong communication and example-led leadership
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience as a strong 3IC, ASM or in retail management within high-volume stores
- Solid understanding of stock control, merchandising, and driving sales performance
- Someone looking to take the next step up in their career
- Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills
- Confident, adaptable, and results-driven, with a hands-on approach to achieving targets
- Experience in lifestyle, apparel, or casual wear retail is highly regarded
